2. The outgoing officers shall brief the incoming officers about the consignments put on CSD hold/containers partly examined by them and pending clearance.
3. The DC/AC, in charge of the cluster shall ensure that the outgoing officers shall handover the Records/Registers to the new incumbents and they shall brief the incoming officers on consignments pending for clearance.
4. The DC/AC in charge of the group of CFSs can re-deploy the officers under his charge depending upon the workload.
5. This issues with the approval of Commissioner of Customs (NS-III), JNCH.
